The Personnel Committee is appointed by the Board of Trustees and consists of five members. The committee facilitates communication between members of the Society and the staff with focus on performance, salaries, benefits and working conditions of all staff. The Personnel Committee performs annual reviews of each staff member and assists each staff member in establishing goals for the next FUUSA fiscal year. In conjunction with the Committee on Professional Ministry, the Personnel Committee also evaluates the performance of the minister and sets his or her compensation package.
